Changes or cancellations to reservations should be made directly with the assigned hotel. Please refer to your reservation acknowledgement for hotel information (phone/fax/address) or you may click on the appropriate link below to access a listing of all the official hotels with contact information.
Shuttle bus service will be provided from all official Midyear Meeting hotels, with the exception of The Peabody Orlando and the Rosen Centre Hotel, to the West Building of the Orange County Convention Center, Sunday, December 7 through Thursday, December 11.
