The cut off date to make a reservation was Monday, November 10 at 6:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time (MST).
Changes or cancellations to reservations should be made directly with the assigned hotel. Please refer to your reservation acknowledgement for hotel information (phone/fax/address) or you may click on the link below to access a listing of all the official hotels with contact information.
As a reminder, cancellations after November 10, 2008 are subject to a $50.00 cancellation processing fee, per reservation. If a cancellation occurs within one week of arrival, please refer to your hotel’s individual cancellation policy found on your acknowledgment letter.

Shuttle Service
Shuttle bus service will be provided from all official Midyear Meeting hotels, with the exception of The Peabody Orlando and the Rosen Centre Hotel, to the West Building of the Orange County Convention Center, Sunday, December 7 through Thursday, December 11.
