Association Travel Concepts (ATC) is the official travel agency for the Midyear meeting, offering discounted airfares on United and American Airlines, and car rentals through Hertz.

ATC agents are available for reservations from 8:30 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. (EST), Monday through Friday.  Some restrictions may apply.  Service fees apply.

ATC Airline Discounts

The discounts below apply to travel between December 4 and December 14, 2008. 

• Save up to 15% off applicable classes of service for tickets purchased more than 30 days prior to the meeting.  Restrictions apply.  (United)
• Save 5% off applicable classes of service for tickets purchased prior to the meeting. (American Airlines)
• ATC will also search for the lowest available fare on ANY airline. 

Car Discounts

• Discounted meeting rates from Hertz. 

Shuttle Service

Shuttle bus service will be provided from all official Midyear Meeting hotels, with the exception of the Peabody Orlando and the Rosen Centre Hotel, to the West Building of the Orange County Convention Center, Sunday, December 7 through Thursday, December 11.
