Thank you for your interest in attending the 2008 Midyear Clinical Meeting in Orlando, Florida. Please use the information below to learn about the registration process, register for the event and access promotional material.

How to Register

Pre-meeting registration is now CLOSED. As of November 25 you must register onsite.

Hours

In a hurry?  For badge and ticket pick-up, pre-registered attendees can scan the bar code found on their confirmation letters and go!  Kiosks can also be used for on-site registration.

Cancellations

To receive a full-meeting refund, confirmed registrations must be cancelled in writing on or before November 24 (postmark or fax date).  Written cancellations postmarked or faxed November 25 through December 6 will be subject to a $50 handling charge.  Refunds will be issued only for cancellations postmarked or faxed before December 7. 

Cancellation of registration for a Pre-Meeting Workshop is subject to the same policies and dates noted above with the exception that written cancellations must be postmarked or faxed before November 24; the handling fee is $25.  Refunds will not be issued for cancellations postmarked or faxed after November 24.  If ASHP cancels a workshop, full refunds will be issued to registrants.

If you’re not an ASHP member, here’s your chance to experience the benefits.  All full non-member meeting registrants are automatically entitled to one year of ASHP membership.  See Registration Form for details.

Bring your Administrator
ASHP is offering complimentary meeting registration to any health-system administrator accompanied by a full-time Midyear Meeting registrant.  To participate in this special offer please call customer service at 866-279-0681. Note: Administrators taking advantage of this offer are not eligible for CE Credit.

Donate to the ASHP Research and Education Foundation
When you register for the Midyear Clinical Meeting by mail, you can also make your annual tax-deductible donation to the ASHP Research and Education Foundation.  See the Registration Form under Special Events.

Children
For health and safety consideration, children under the age of 16 will not be admitted to the exhibits, poster sessions or educational programs. 

Please Note
Payments to ASHP are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. However, they may be deductible under other provisions of the Internal Revenue Code. Only additional donations to the ASHP Research and Education Foundation are tax deductible.
