Pharmacy Executive Leadership Alliance®

The Pharmacy Executive Leadership Alliance – PELA® – is an initiative from ASHP designed specifically for chief pharmacy officers and multi-hospital system pharmacy executive leaders. PELA® events create opportunities to share issues and innovations through peer-to-peer and non-traditional education to enhance participants’ ability to meet the demands of highly complex vertically and horizontally integrated networks and multi-hospital health systems.   

PELA® offerings include leadership development training for pharmacy executives; educational services, namely, workshops, seminars, summits, roundtables and panel discussions in the field of pharmacy management; and providing information in the nature of surveys, reports, research papers, legislative analysis reports, and forecast reports in the field of health care and pharmacy management in the form of online non-downloadable publications information; business management information; and online health care information.
