- Melphalan oral tablet, Alvogen, 2 mg, bottle, 50 count, NDC 47781-0200-50 - discontinued

Reason for the Shortage

- Apo-Pharma discontinued Alkeran tablets in January 2021.
- Alvogen discontinued melphalan tablets in April 2023.
