Reason for the Shortage

    • Affordable Pharmaceuticals and Braintree Laboratories have product on allocation due to increased demand.
    • Lupin did not provide a reason for the shortage.

Estimated Resupply Dates

    • Affordable Pharmaceuticals has lemon-lime-flavored polyethylene glycol 3350 with electrolytes (NDC 10572-0302-01) on back order and the company cannot estimate a release date. Their other two presentations are on allocation.
    • Braintree Laboratories has Golytely and Nulytely on allocation.
    • Lupin has Gavilyte-C and Gavilyte-G on back order and the company estimates release dates in mid-March 2021. Gavilyte-N is on back order and the company cannot estimate a release date.

Alternative Agents & Management

    • Braintree Laboratories has sodium sulfate, potassium sulfate, and magnesium sulfate oral solution (Suprep Bowel Prep Kit) readily available. It is not affected by this shortage.
