Reason for the Shortage

- Amneal did not provide a reason for the shortage.
- Kaleo has Auvi-Q available only through specific distributors.
- Mylan did not provide a reason for the shortage of EpiPen and EpiPen Jr.
- Teva has epinephrine auto-injectors available.
- In March 2022, certain lots of Symjepi were recalled due to potential clogging of the needle. US Worldmeds states the shortage is due to ongoing issues related to the recall.
