Significant Projects

Currently, I am working on projects related to our hospital's increasing NICU acuity. As we move from a Level 2 to Level 3, I am working to help update and redevelop our order sets and order panels with the appropriate drugs and dosages to accomdate our newer neonates. On top of this, we are working to develop a new standard with our CRRT delivery and Ortho post-op pain management processes.

Advice for Someone New to Your Specialty Area

My advice to someone new would be to make connections and utilize your resources. There are so many brilliant clinicians practicing that collaborating with your peers will only improve your practice and skills. Always try and learn from those who are more experienced than you.
