Formulary Management Resource Center
The ASHP Formulary Management Resource Center aims to assist practitioners with important clinical and operational aspects of formulary management and recommends effective processes for managing system formularies within the context of a hospital or health system. Resources will assist organizations with the operation of the pharmacy and therapeutics (P&T) committee or equivalent body, evaluation of medications for formularies and consideration of rational use of medications, and the development and implementation of strategies to optimize medication use through the formulary system.
