SPEAKERS

Udobi CampbellUdobi Campbell, PharmD, MBA, (she/her/hers) currently serves as the vice president of operations at UNC Hospitals where she has executive oversight of several clinical departments. Before joining UNC Hospitals in January 2020, she was a 12-year employee of Duke University Hospital. While there, she held multiple senior leadership roles in both the inpatient and outpatient pharmacy service platforms. Dr. Campbell obtained her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Florida A&M University in Tallahassee, FL. She subsequently pursued and completed her pharmacy practice residency at Duke University Medical Center.

Rick CouldryRick Couldry, BS Pharm, MS, FASHP, (he/him/his) a pharmacist by training, earned his Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the University of Missouri-Kansas City (UMKC). He spent his residency in Pharmacy Practice with Leadership Focus at the University of Kansas Medical Center (KUMC) and concurrently earned his Master of Science in Hospital Pharmacy Administration from the University of Kansas (KU). In 1998, Rick was involved in the transformation of The University of Kansas Hospital from a state entity to a health system. Today The University of Kansas Health System is recognized as one of the nation's top academic medical centers.

Indu LewIndu Lew, PharmD, SVP and Chief Pharmacy Officer for RWJBarnabas Health, oversees and provides strategic leadership for the 25 divisions within the Pharmacy Enterprise. She started her career at RWJBarnabas Health at Newark Beth Israel as a clinical pharmacist in 2002. She joined Corporate Pharmacy as a Biotechnology Fellow in 2003. She then moved into the role of Director of Education and Research in 2005 and was promoted to VP of Corporate Pharmacy in 2008

David ChenDavid Chen, RPh, MBA (he/him/his) is the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists’ assistant vice president for pharmacy leadership and planning. He has been with ASHP starting September 2004, and previously served the role as Director of Pharmacy at Shady Grove Adventist Hospital in Rockville, Maryland including the Kessler/Adventist Rehabilitation Hospital. Mr. Chen earned his Bachelor of Science in pharmacy degree from the University Of Maryland School Of Pharmacy and his MBA from the Loyola University of Maryland.
