SPEAKERS

Megan MusselmanMegan Musselman, PharmD, MS, BCPS, BCCCP, DPLA, FASHP, FCCP, (she/her/hers) is an emergency medicine clinical pharmacy specialist and PGY2 RPD at North Kansas City Hospital. She received her Pharm.D. from Creighton University and completed her PGY1 at the University of Illinois Medical Center at Chicago and her PGY2 Emergency Medicine Pharmacy Residency at the Detroit Receiving Hospital. Musselman currently serves as the Section of Clinical Specialists and Scientists (SCSS) Chair-elect and the Research and Education committee for the Missouri Society of Health-System Pharmacists.

Megan CorriganMegan Corrigan, PharmD, MPH, BCPS, FASHP, (she) is the director of pharmacy and emergency management at Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital in Illinois. Corrigan received her Pharm.D. from Midwestern University and her Masters in Public Health from Benedictine University. She completed her PGY1 residency at Rush University Medical Center and her PGY2 in Emergency Medicine at Detroit Receiving Hospital. Corrigan is active in the field of public health serving on a federal disaster response team nationally and has a passion for emergency preparedness.

Nicole AcquistoChristopher J. Edwards, PharmD, BCPS is an assistant professor at The University of Arizona College of Pharmacy in Tucson, AZ. He earned his PharmD from the University of Illinois Chicago and completed PGY1 and PGY2 residency training at The University of Arizona College of Pharmacy, specializing in emergency medicine. His service to ASHP includes leadership positions within the Section Advisory Group on Emergency Care and Council of Education and Workforce Development. His primary areas of research interest include trauma resuscitation, airway management, and pediatrics.

Cait GibsonCait Gibson, PharmD, MEd, BCPS, BCCP, (she/her) is an associate professor and interim director of international programs at Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) School of Pharmacy. She maintains a clinical practice site at VCU Hospital in Internal Medicine. Her primary areas of clinical interest are anticoagulation and arrhythmias, and she has published numerous articles and book chapters in this space.

Nicholas GazdaNicholas P. Gazda, PharmD, MS, BCPS, CSP, FNCAP is the assistant director of pharmacy at Cone Health in Greensboro, North Carolina. He oversees the Cone Health Centralized Services pharmacy including URAC/ACHC accredited specialty pharmacy operations, central fill pharmacy, community and specialty pharmacy call center, and home delivery program. He also oversees the system’s medication access program as well as the embedded ambulatory clinical pharmacists. Nick completed his BS and PharmD at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill at the Eshelman School of Pharmacy and a two-year PGY1/PGY2/MS Health-System Pharmacy Administration residency at Cone Health.

Elizabeth JohnsonElizabeth Johnson, PharmD, BCPS, BCEMP is a critical care clinical pharmacist supervisor and emergency medicine clinical pharmacist at JPS Health Network in Fort Worth, TX. She completed a PGY1 at Methodist University Hospital in Memphis, TN and a PGY2 in Emergency Medicine at Detroit Receiving Hospital in Detroit, MI. She served on the SAG on Emergency Medicine for 5 years and now serves on the SAG on Clinical Leadership.
