In this podcast, Dr. Pamela Phelps - System Director, Pharmacy Clinical Services, M Health Fairview – will share her perspectives as the parent of an LGBTQ person.

Pamela PhelpsPamela K. Phelps, PharmD, FASHP, FMSHP is system director of Acute Care Clinical Pharmacy Services at M Health Fairview, an 11-hospital health system in Minneapolis, MN. She is clinical associate professor at the University of Minnesota College of Pharmacy, and Residency Program Director for the M Health Fairview HSPAL residency program. Dr. Phelps currently serves on the ASHP Board of Directors.

Maddie Phelps is a non-binary person living in Minnesota. They currently work as a grants manager at OutFront Minnesota, an organization that protects LGBTQ+ rights in Minnesota.

Dan CobaughDaniel J. Cobaugh, PharmD, FAACT, DABAT is the vice president of publishing at ASHP and the editor-in-chief of AJHP.  He received his BS in Pharmacy from the University of Pittsburgh and his Doctor of Pharmacy from Duquesne University.  Cobaugh completed an ASHP-accredited residency in hospital pharmacy at Mercy Hospital of Pittsburgh and a clinical toxicology fellowship at the Pittsburgh Poison Center.  He practiced as pharmacist-clinical toxicologist and held faculty appointments at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center and the University of Rochester Medical Center.
