As we prepare for the ASHP Midyear Clinical Meeting & Exhibition in December, we're sharing success stories from members who attended the Residency Showcase or Personnel Placement Services and either matched with a pharmacy residency or landed their dream job. This special short-form podcast series highlights the impact attending career-focused events at the Midyear meeting can have on the future, career, and goals of pharmacy professionals at all stages in their career journeys.

SPEAKERS

Ella DomingoElla Domingo (she/her), PharmD is a post graduate year 1 pharmacy resident at Ascension Seton in Austin, Texas. She graduated from Purdue University and served as an ASHP intern and Mayo Clinic intern. She also served as the vice chair and chair of the Pharmacy Student Forum Executive Committee. She won the 2022 National Clinical Skills Competition at ASHP Midyear Clinical Meeting with her colleague. She now serves as a clinical practice advisory group member in the New Practitioners Forum. Her interests include internal medicine, cardiology, and academia.

Amy EricksonAmy Erickson, BA, BS, MA, is the associate director of digital engagement, multimedia at ASHP. She has served on the staff at ASHP since 2016. She received her undergraduate degrees in Biology and Journalism from Gonzaga University and her master's degree in journalism from New York University.
