SPEAKERS

Maya LeivaMaya Leiva, PharmD, BCOP, APP, APh is a hematology and oncology advanced practice pharmacist and holds a board certification in oncology pharmacy. She is affiliated with West Coast University School of Pharmacy as an associate professor of pharmacy practice and the lead advanced practice pharmacist for Bass Cancer Center in Northern California. She also serves as a clinical pharmacist leader with the National Disaster Medical System through the Department of Health and Human Services.

Lindsey KelleyLindsey R. Kelley, PharmD, MS, FASHP is associate chief pharmacy officer for University of Michigan Health, Michigan Medicine in Ann Arbor, MI. She serves as program director for the PGY1 community pharmacy residency and adjunct faculty at the University of Michigan College of Pharmacy where she enjoys teaching pharmacy law. Areas of research interest and professional achievement include practice innovation, workforce development, advocacy, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
