Lesley Fierro is currently the Director of the Rutgers Pharmaceutical Industry Fellowship program (RPIF). I have been involved with the RPIF program from many years as a preceptor, stakeholder, consultant, and now director. I spent over 30 years in various roles within the Pharmaceutical Industry at several Pharma companies. I received a Pharmacy degree from Rutgers University, a Masters degree from LIU, and a PharmD from the University of Illinois.
Dakota Rosenfelt is a 2nd Year Postdoctoral Fellow with the Rutgers Pharmaceutical Industry Fellowship Program. Dakota is completing his Fellowship as a Medical Science Liaison / Medical Affairs Fellow at Genentech in Hematology. As part of the Rutgers Program, Dakota serves as the Outreach Committee Team Lead, overseeing the activities of both Candidate Relations and Alumni Relations committees. Dakota has recently accepted a position at Genentech as a Hematology MSL on the Rare Blood Disorders team in the Central region. Dakota received his PharmD degree from the University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Pharmacy, and currently resides in Kansas City, MO with his partner Brandon, and dog Maxwell.
Dr. Amee Mistry is Professor of Pharmacy Practice and has been with MCPHS University since 2006. Dr. Mistry earned her PharmD at the Albany College of Pharmacy and completed a PGY1 Community Based Residency with Walgreens and MCPHS University. In 2015, Dr. Mistry stepped in as Director of the MCPHS Biopharmaceutical Industry Fellowship program. She works directly with leaders in the greater Boston/Cambridge area to continue to foster growth and development of the post-graduate program, and to assist fellows in attaining positions within the pharmaceutical industry. In addition, she is advisor for the student Industry Pharmacist Organization (IPhO) chapter at MCPHS, co-advisor for APhA-ASP, a national trainer for the APhA Pharmacy-Based Immunization training program, and is actively involved with the Massachusetts Pharmacists Association.
Marissa Chow, BS, Pharm.D. Candidate (Class of 2021) is in her fourth and last year of graduate pharmacy school at St. Louis College of Pharmacy. Ms. Chow has been involved with the interprofessional research team on Medication Savings Behaviors since 2015 and since produced several posters and presented her research at symposiums including at the Midwest Medication Safety Symposium and the St. Louis College of Pharmacy Student Research Symposium. She also created a research fundamental training module for rising students interested in starting research. Ms. Chow also has held several leadership positions throughout her years through school which include being the Lead Research Assistant and Director the region wide St. Louis Area Undergraduate Research Symposium. Recently, she was appointed to the American Society of Health Pharmacists (ASHP) Pharmacy Student Forum and won Professional Student of the Year (2020) and has been a pharmacy intern for 4 years.
