SPEAKERS

Katlyn GrossmanKatlyn Grossman, PharmD, BCACP, AAHIVP is an ambulatory care clinical pharmacist at Tufts Medical Center practicing in the Geographic Medicine and Infectious Diseases clinic. Katlyn graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with an area of concentration in Global Health. She completed both her PGY1 and PGY2 ambulatory care residencies at The Brooklyn Hospital Center. She serves as the program director for the PGY2 Ambulatory Care Residency Program. Her clinical interests include HIV treatment and prevention, substance use disorder, and viral hepatitis.

Diane KimDiane Kim, PharmD, BCACP is an ambulatory care clinical pharmacy specialist at Penn Presbyterian Medical Center. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree at Rutgers University and completed her postgraduate year 1 Community Pharmacy Residency at Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, PA and her PGY-2 Ambulatory Care Pharmacy Residency at Christiana Care in Newark/Wilmington, DE. She currently practices in the Cardiology and Primary Care clinics and her interests heart failure, diabetes, and medications for opioid use disorder.

Megan AdelmanDr. Megan Adelman, BCPS, BCGP, CDCES is a family medicine pharmacy specialist at the Cleveland Clinic Akron General Center for Family Medicine. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy from the Northeast Ohio Medical University and completed her postgraduate year 1 Pharmacy Residency at the Carolinas Medical Center and a PGY2 in Geriatrics at the Louis Stokes Cleveland VAMC. Dr. Adelman has worked to expand pharmacy services, helping to implement multiple interdisciplinary clinics. Her practice and research interests include gaming in education, weight management, geriatric care, polypharmacy and deprescribing, and population health management.
