Kristi KelleyKristi W. Kelley is a Clinical Professor of Pharmacy Practice at Auburn University Harrison School of Pharmacy and Clinical Pharmacist with Continuity Clinics with Brookwood Baptist Health, Internal Medicine Residency Program in Birmingham, Alabama. In the clinic, Dr. Kelley precepts pharmacy students and assists with education of other health professionals. Her focus in clinical practice, teaching, and research includes diabetes, metabolic syndrome, and working with underserved patient populations.

Danielle HessDanielle Hess is a PGY2 Ambulatory Care Pharmacy Resident at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. She received her Doctor of Pharmacy from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Pharmacy. Danielle is a current member of the ASHP Section of Ambulatory Care Practitioners Advisory Group on Ambulatory Care Pharmacotherapy.

Nick LadziakNick Ladziak graduated from the University at Buffalo with his PharmD in 2015 and completed a PGY1 at Celebration Health in Orlando and an ambulatory care PGY2 at Buffalo Medical Group/University at Buffalo. He obtained board certification in ambulatory care as well as certification as a diabetes care and education specialist. Dr. Ladziak currently works as a clinical pharmacy specialist at Banner Health in Phoenix in both primary care and endocrinology clinics.
