Join us as we hear from Dr. Brooke Griffin, Vice Chair of Clinical Services and Midwestern University and implementation coach for the Well-Being Ambassador Program. Brooke has led many initiatives in her career to address burnout and restore individual wellness including a focus on restoring joy to the health care workforce and mentoring to inspire bold ideas from within. Dr. Griffin will share her journey to becoming a career coach and how it informs her engagement style with Well-Being Ambassadors.

SPEAKERS

Brooke GriffinWith over 20 years of experience in clinical practice and academia, Dr. Griffin has worked on several multidisciplinary teams and precepted hundreds of students and residents. She is a Professional Coach in Life & Work and is passionate about offering career support through a thought-provoking and creative process. In 2022 she launched Bold Idea Group with a mission to inspire bold ideas from within. She is on this self-development journey alongside all of you and believes “every pharmacist deserves a coach.”

Lillian AgyeiLillian Agyei recently joined ASHP as project manager of the Well-Being Ambassador program. She is a public health practitioner with over a decade of experience managing complex health projects, monitoring program indicators, and evaluating health outcomes across a variety of sectors, including non-profit, public, and private. Agyei also has extensive experience leading the development of non-profit strategic planning, community-based participatory research, and program evaluation.
