Ambulatory Care Pharmacy 3-Year Recertification Plan — earn 182 hours (minimum)

Critical Care Pharmacy 3-Year Recertification Plan — earn 113 hours (minimum)

Geriatric Pharmacy 3-Year Recertification Plan — earn 115 hours (minimum)

Pediatric Pharmacy 3-Year Recertification Plan — earn 113 hours (minimum)
