Keep it Simple: An Algorithm for Managing High Cost/High Impact Complex Medication

This presentation is intended to compare and contrast two robust medication management algorithms used by large health-systems to manage “complex medications”. During this presentation, the speakers will outline two medication management algorithms, apply the algorithms to two “complex medications”, and discuss similarities and differences between the algorithms.
