Nada FarhatNada Farhat, PharmD, BCPS, BCACP is a clinical pharmacy specialist in ambulatory care at Henry Ford Health. Dr. Farhat received her PharmD from Wayne State University in 2015. She then completed a PGY1 residency and PGY2 residency in ambulatory care at the University of Michigan. She has served as a clinical instructor at both institutions and has authored several articles in various peer-reviewed journals. Dr. Farhat is board certified in both pharmacotherapy and ambulatory care.

Jamie GeorgeJamie George, PharmD, MBA is currently practicing as an ambulatory oncology pharmacist at Henry Ford Health in Clinton Township, MI. She received her Doctorate in Pharmacy from Wayne State University in Detroit, MI. Following pharmacy school, she completed a PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency at Ascension St. John Hospital and her PGY-2 Ambulatory Care Pharmacy Residency at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, MI. The focus of her current role is oral chemotherapy patient education, medication adherence, and care coordination.
