Wyckoff Heights Medical Center
I am emergency medicine pharmacist at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. I was working in the ED during the COVID-19 patient surge until I developed symptoms of coronavirus, tested positive and was placed under home isolation.
I cannot pinpoint a particular moment where I went above and beyond during this pandemic but I can tell you all the healthcare workers at Wyckoff have shown tremendous dedication in these unprecedented times. Someday the most important question of one's career is not going to be how much money you made or how high you rose up the ladder. It is going to be, "What did you do during COVID-19 pandemic?"
