Diltiazem Hydrochloride Injection

Reason for the Shortage

    • Akorn discontinued diltiazem injection in mid-2022.
    • Athenex divested diltiazem to Sagent in June 2023. Sagent has diltiazem injection available.
    • Eugia has diltiazem injection available.
    • Hikma has diltiazem injection available.
    • Pfizer has diltiazem injection available. They discontinued the 5 mL vials in early-2021. The 10 mL vials were discontinued in September 2021.
