- Tears Again ophthalmic solution, OCuSOFT, 1.4%, 30 mL bottle, 1 count, NDC 54799-0904-30 - discontinued

Reason for the Shortage

- Akorn has Artificial Tears solution available.
- Altaire is not currently marketing polyvinyl alcohol 1.4% ophthalmic solution.
- Major has Liquitears on shortage because they are looking for another API source. Major is not currently marketing Liquitears ophthalmic drops.
- Ocusoft has discontinued Tears Again.
- Rugby has Artificial Tears solution on shortage because they are looking for another API source. Rugby is not currently marketing Artificial Tears solution.
