    • Liquitears ophthalmic solution, Major, 1.4%, 15 mL bottle, 1 count, NDC 00904-6492-35
    • Tears Again ophthalmic solution, OCuSOFT, 1.4%, 15 mL bottle, 1 count, NDC 54799-0904-15 - discontinued
    • Tears Again ophthalmic solution, OCuSOFT, 1.4%, 30 mL bottle, 1 count, NDC 54799-0904-30 - discontinued

Reason for the Shortage

    • Akorn has Artificial Tears solution available.
    • Altaire is not currently marketing polyvinyl alcohol 1.4% ophthalmic solution.
    • Major has Liquitears on shortage because they are looking for another API source. Major is not currently marketing Liquitears ophthalmic drops.
    • Ocusoft has discontinued Tears Again.
    • Rugby has Artificial Tears solution on shortage because they are looking for another API source. Rugby is not currently marketing Artificial Tears solution.
