    • TEVA has loxapine tablets on shortage and did not provide a reason. The company discontinued loxapine 10 mg tablets in September 2019.
    • Marlex has loxapine tablets on shortage and did not provide a reason.
    • Lannett has loxapine tablets on shortage due to manufacturing delays.
    • Mylan Institutional has loxapine tablets on shortage and did not provide a reason.
