Reason for the Shortage

    • Alvogen has the product on shortage due to shipping delays.
    • TEVA did not provide a reason for the shortage.
    • Mylan discontinued disulfiram tablets.
    • Rising Pharmaceuticals discontinued disulfiram tablets.
