Reason for the Shortage

- Acrotech refuses to provide availability information for Khapzory.
- Amneal did not provide a reason for the shortage.
- Ingenus has discontinued levoleucovorin calcium injection.
- Meitheal Pharmaceuticals has levoleucovorin injection available. They discontinued 50 mg powder for injection in 2023.
- Sandoz has discontinued levoleucovorin calcium injection.
