Reason for the Shortage

    • Acrotech refuses to provide availability information for Khapzory.
    • Amneal did not provide a reason for the shortage.
    • Ingenus has discontinued levoleucovorin calcium injection.
    • Meitheal Pharmaceuticals has levoleucovorin injection available. They discontinued 50 mg powder for injection in 2023.
    • Sandoz has discontinued levoleucovorin calcium injection.
