Reason for the Shortage

    • Cumberland Pharmaceuticals relaunched Totect in late-July 2017.
    • Fosun Pharma has dexrazoxane available.
    • Hikma did not provide a reason for the shortage.
    • Mylan Institutional has dexrazoxane available.
    • Pfizer discontinued Zinecard in June 2020.
