- Enjuvia tablet, Teva, 0.3 mg, 100 count, NDC 51285-0406-02
- Enjuvia tablet, Teva, 0.45 mg, 100 count, NDC 51285-0407-02
- Enjuvia tablet, Teva, 0.625 mg, 100 count, NDC 51285-0408-02
- Enjuvia tablet, Teva, 0.9 mg, 100 count, NDC 51285-0409-02
- Enjuvia tablet, Teva, 1.25 mg, 100 count, NDC 51285-0410-02

Reason for the Shortage

- Teva discontinued Cenestin in late-August 2014.
- Premarin is not affected by this shortage.
- Teva discontinued Enjuvia in mid-2106.

Estimated Resupply Dates

- Teva has discontinued all Enjuvia presentations.
