Learning, every day I learn something new. 

What is your latest Accomplishment? 

I was just promoted to this position to help start up our 340B adventure. 

What is your Passion Outside of Work? 

Getting together with family and friends.

What is your favorite part of your ASHP membership? 

What has been most beneficial about being a pharmacy technician member of ASHP? I enjoy meeting with other technicians though the Pharmacy Technician Forums. We are likeminded and share goals of growing the technician profession. The variety of CE that is available for technician members is great. I have taken several of them myself, some for the CE and some because it caught my interest. 

What made you interested in the PTF Educational Steering Committee?

Educating technicians is a passion of mine.  What technicians do on a daily basis is very important and we must keep patient safety on our mind with every decision we make in a day’s time. This is what makes me want to advocate to grow the technician profession. 

What is your advice to Up-and-Coming Technicians? 

Remember that what you are doing is important. Absorb all that you can every day and continue to learn.
