Why I Do What I Do

I do what I do because I am passionate about advancing pharmacy technology. The education and training of technicians give a solid foundation to build a rewarding career.

Latest Accomplishment

I have volunteered to co-survey pharmacy technician programs.  A successful survey process results in the program being accredited under the standards of ASHP and ACPE.

Most Memorable Experience as a Pharmacy Technician

I was the first pharmacy technician to lead the Pharmacy Technician Educators Council, a nationally recognized organization for pharmacy technicians.

Why I Became Certified

I became certified because I wanted to help set a higher standard for the profession.

My Passion Outside of Work

Passions outside of work include gardening, kayaking, and boating.
