I joined ASHP in my first year of pharmacy school through the organization GSHP.

What is your current involvement with the ASHP Pharmacy Student Forum (i.e. advisory group or executive committee appointment)?

I am a part of the Career and Leadership Development Advisory Group.

What is your favorite part of your ASHP student membership? What has been most beneficial about being a student member of ASHP?

My favorite part of my ASHP membership is that it has allowed me to network and improve my communication and professional skills. It also has allowed me to be more involved in my community and advocate the importance of pharmacy.

What is your favorite memory from an ASHP event, project, or program?

My favorite memory from the ASHP membership includes being able to promote and educate my community during practice advancement initiative week.

What advice do you have for pharmacy students seeking to become involved in national organizations?

Be open to new opportunities and give it your best!
