Dr. Ogden received his Doctorate of Pharmacy from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Pharmacy. He completed a PGY-1 residency at Children’s Mercy Hospital. Following his residency, Ricky practiced in the Emergency Department until 2011 when he assumed the role of Manager for Pharmacy Critical Care Services. Ricky held this role until August 2014 when he became the Assistant Director of Pharmacy with responsibilities for pharmacy clinical services. He completed an M.B.A. from the University of Missouri-Kanas City Bloch School of Management and is a Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist. He has been a member of the Section Advisory Group for Pharmacy Practice Managers since 2015. He is a Fellow of the American College for Healthcare Executives and currently serves as Secretary on the Missouri Chapter of ACHE Board of Directors. Ricky’s professional interests are multidisciplinary collaborative quality improvement initiatives.

Dr. Scott is currently serving as Director of Pharmaceutical Services at Emory University Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia. He obtained his Pharm.D. degree from The University of Georgia and his MBA with a focus in Healthcare Management from New England College. He completed a PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at Piedmont Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia, and then completed a PGY2 Health-System pharmacy administration residency at the North Florida South Georgia VA Medical Center in Gainesville, Florida. Dr. Scott is also a diplomat of the ASHP Foundation Pharmacy Leadership Academy. He is an active member within ASHP, currently serving as the Chair of the Educational Steering Committee through the Section of Pharmacy Practice Leaders. Dr. Scott has also been involved at the state level, previously serving in leadership roles and committees within the Illinois Council of Health-System Pharmacists and now with the Georgia Society of Health-System Pharmacists.

Dr. Wolcott is the Director of Educational Resources and Scholarship at the University of North Carolina Adams School of Dentistry. In this role, he supports faculty to optimize teaching and learning, enhance their teaching experience, and inspire educational scholarship. He completed his Ph.D. in education at the UNC School of Education specializing in the learning sciences and psychological studies. He received his Doctor of Pharmacy from the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy followed by a pharmacy practice residency at Duke University Hospital, where he worked as a clinical infectious diseases pharmacist. Michael is also a clinical assistant professor in the Center for Innovative Pharmacy Education and Research (CIPhER) at the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy where he supports educational research initiatives within the School. Michael’s research focuses on creative problem-solving, curriculum change management, preceptor development, and assessment.
