William Kernan, PharmD, MBA, FASHP, is the Executive Director of Pharmacy for the Florida region of Cleveland Clinic overseeing pharmacy services for 5 acute care hospitals, 3 outpatient pharmacies, four oncology infusion pharmacies, 2 ambulatory surgery centers, and multiple surgical and medicine clinics. He is currently a member of the Section Advisory Group on Business Development and System Integration and at the state level is the Immediate Past President of the Florida Society of Healthsystem Pharmacists.
Nathan Ash, PharmD, is Vice President of Pharmacy – Acute Care at Bon Secours Mercy Health in Cincinnati, OH. In his current role, Nathan is responsible for the pharmacy operations and clinical services at 38 hospitals across Bon Secours Mercy Health.
Lindsey Clark, Pharm.D., MBA, is the Pharmacy Manager, Transitions of Care and Emergency Services at Michigan Medicine and Adjunct Clinical Faculty at the University of Michigan College of Pharmacy. Lindsey received her Pharm.D. from Wayne State University and an M.B.A. in Health Care Management from New England College. She also completed a 2-year residency in Health System Pharmacy Administration and Leadership at Froedtert and the Medical College of Wisconsin. Lindsey is also a graduate of the ASHP Pharmacy Leadership Academy and Michigan Pharmacy Foundation Leadership Academy. Lindsey is an active member in ASHP, currently serving on the Pharmacy Practice Management Section Advisory Group (SAG) on Frontline Leaders. Lindsey is also active on the Michigan Society of Health System Pharmacists, serving on the Transitions of Care Task Force. Lindsey’s major practice interests include pharmacy administration, transitions of care, advancing patient-centered care, advancing the role of pharmacy technicians, ambulatory care, and leadership development.
Ryan Naseman, Pharm.D., M.S., BCPS, is Sr. Director of Acute Care Pharmacy Services at the University of Kentucky HealthCare in Lexington, Kentucky. Where he is responsible for all hospital based pharmacy operations and clinical services across the 1040 bed, two-hospital system and 39 hospital-based clinics, as well as compliance of the enterprise 340b program. Dr. Naseman received his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Ohio Northern University in Ada, Ohio. Following graduation, he completed a PGY1/PGY2 residency in Health-System Pharmacy Administration at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center and concurrently completed his Master of Science degree at The Ohio State University College of Pharmacy. His professional interests include practice development, automation and technology, and workflow, efficiency and productivity analyses. Dr. Naseman is a member of ASHP, Hematology/Oncology Pharmacy Association (HOPA), American College of Clinical Pharmacy, and Kentucky Society of Health-System Pharmacists.
Jennifer Noped, Pharm.D., BCPS, is a Pharmacy Manager in the Medication Strategy Center at Wake Forest Baptist Health. She is a graduate of the School of Pharmacy at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and completed her pharmacy residency training at Wake Forest Baptist Health, where she has now practiced for over 21 years. Her areas of interest and focus include medication safety, systemness opportunities, value initiatives, high cost drug utilization improvements, Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee support, and most recently, COVID pandemic support and planning for the pharmacy department and health system.
