Ellen RevakEllen Revak, PharmD, MBA, BCPS, (She/Her) is vice president pharmacy operations at Advocate Health. In her role Ellen supports seven hospital pharmacy teams in Wisconsin and has regional leadership of pharmacy IT, shared governance, and DE&I. Ellen currently serves as a member on the PSW Health System Pharmacy Advisory Committee, ASHP Council of Pharmacy Management and ASHP Section of Pharmacy Practice Leaders Advisory Group Strategy and Industry Disrupters. Ellen’s interests include pharmacy workforce issues, health-system integration, and pharmacy IT. 

Laura MuhreLaura Myhre, PharmD, BCPS, DPLA, (She/Hers) is the director of hospital clinical pharmacy practice at Mayo Clinic Hospital in Rochester MN, an assistant professor of pharmacy for Mayo Clinic College of Medicine, and Mayo Clinic Quality Academy faculty. Dr. Myhre graduated from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa, and completed pharmacy residency training at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in Saint Louis, Missouri. Dr. Myhre practiced as a transplant pharmacist for over 17 years and is passionate about resident education and quality improvement. 

Nicole ClarkNicole J Clark PharmD, MHA, BCPS, FASHP, FMSHP, (She/Hers) is currently the director of pharmacy at Tufts Medicine MelroseWakefield Hospital. Dr. Clark is the residency program director for PGY1/PGY2 Health System Pharmacy Administration and Leadership Residency Program. She is a member of the ASHP Commission on Credentialing and a Residency Practitioner Surveyor for ASHP Accreditation Services Division. She is a member of ASHP Section of Pharmacy Practice Leaders Advisory Group on Strategy and Industry Disruptors. 

Asia Bradley-StephensAsia Bradley-Stephens, PharmD, BCPS, (She/Her) is a pharmacy operations manager at Ochsner Health System in New Orleans, Louisiana. She received her PharmD from Xavier University of Louisiana College of Pharmacy. After working as hospital pharmacist in various roles, she completed her PGY1/2 HSPAL residency at Ochsner Health in New Orleans in conjunction with an Operations Administration Fellowship for Health Leaders. She also holds a Board Certification in Pharmacotherapy.
