Annie HalfmanAnnie Halfman (she/her) is a post graduate year 2 pharmacy informatics and supply chain leadership resident at Vizient, Inc. She earned her bachelor’s degree in biology and biochemistry at Central College in Pella, IA and her PharmD from the University of Iowa College of Pharmacy. She is passionate about data analytics, quality improvement, leadership, and supply chain resiliency.

Stephen WatStephen Wat  is a postgraduate year 2 Health System Pharmacy Administration & Leadership Pharmacy (HSPAL) Resident at University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center. Wat attended the University at Buffalo and earned his Masters of Public Health in 2021 and his PharmD in 2022. He is currently completing a two-year HSPAL residency/MS program with University Hospitals and University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. 

Noemie Kanene Noemie Kanene (she/her) is a post graduate year 2/MS Health-System Pharmacy Administration & Leadership resident at University of North Carolina Health Medical Center in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. She is the chair for the ASHP Pharmacy Administration and Leadership Residents' Collaborative.

Lucy ErnstLucy Ernst (she/her) grew up in Cedar Rapids, IA. She completed two years of undergraduate studies, followed by a dual Doctor of Pharmacy and master's in public health degree at the University of Iowa. She is pursuing a post graduate year 1/post graduate year 2 residency in Health System Pharmacy Administration and Leadership at Oregon Health & Science University and an MBA at Oregon State University. Ernst is passionate about expanding pharmacy services to improve patient care, access, and outcomes through systems level initiatives.
