SPEAKERS

Brad PiersonBrad Pierson is the Senior Director, CareerPharm at ASHP. He has worked in association management for more than 15 years, 8 of them at ASHP. Brad is responsible for the oversight of the CareerPharm suite of products and PPS and Residency Showcase at the annual Midyear Clinical Meeting & Exhibition.

Joshua CaballeroDr. Joshua Caballero completed a BA in Psychology from the University of Florida and received his PharmD from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. Afterwards, he completed a psychiatric residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio and a pharmacotherapy fellowship at The Ohio State University. He has participated in the DHHS/HACU profession capacity building program and ACCP FIT program. He is currently Professor & Chair for the Department of Clinical and Administrative Sciences at Larkin University College of Pharmacy. Dr. Caballero is board certified in psychiatric pharmacy and has worked extensively with underserved populations including establishing pharmacy outpatient clinical services. 

Christina MartinChristina Y. Martin, Pharm.D., M.S., is the Director of Membership Forums. In this role, Dr. Martin leads the development and implementation of strategies and programs for student and new practitioner members. Dr. Martin received her Pharm.D. from the University of Pittsburgh before completing a combined PGY1/PGY2 Health-System Pharmacy Administration residency at the University of Kansas Hospital. Dr. Martin holds a Master of Science degree in Pharmacy Practice from the University of Kansas. Dr. Martin is an active member of the American Society of Association Executives, currently serving on the Young Professional Committee.

Gina LuchenGina Luchen, Pharm.D. serves as the Director of Academic Programs at ASHP. In this role, Dr. Luchen leads the development and implementation of programs and initiatives related to student pharmacists, schools and colleges of pharmacy, and pharmacy educators. She serves as staff liaison to the Pharmacy Student Forum and Section of Pharmacy Educators. Prior to this role, Dr. Luchen served as an ASHP Executive Fellow in Association Leadership and Management at ASHP. She received her Bachelor’s in Pharmaceutical Studies and Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Kansas School of Pharmacy. Following her studies, she completed a PGY1 Community-Based Residency at the University of Kansas School of Pharmacy in conjunction with Balls Food Stores in Olathe, KS.
