In this two-part episode, presenters from the 2021 ASHP Midyear Clinical Meeting present real-world anticoagulation clinical cases and their reasoning and approach to managing their care. In this episode, our patient-specific cases include cancer-associated thrombocytopenia, spinal hematoma and apical thrombous.

Vicki Basalyga, PharmD, MAS, BCPS, BCPPS is the Director of Member Relations for the Clinical Specialists and Scientists at ASHP.
