Encourage and drive completion of the PAI 2030 Self-Assessment Tool

- Students may develop programs to highlight PAI 2030 and its impact
- Involve students in state-level leadership positions (e.g., student Board committee member, student Board of Directors member, liaison, student president)
- Ensure there are open communication lines between PAI champion and SSHP liaison
- SSHP leaders can help promote completion of the PAI 2030 Self-Assessment Tool

- Residents may lead or promote efforts to facilitate completion of the PAI 2030 Self-Assessment Tool as a way of evaluating the needs of hospitals, health systems, and other practice settings across the state
- Join the PAI Connect Community to discuss and share personal experiences with PAI initiatives
- Serve on Advisory Groups associated with ASHP Sections and Forums that are working on PAI-related priorities
- Participate in ASHP Midyear and Summer Meetings educational sessions related to advances in practice
- Support ASHP and state advocacy priorities
- Pharmacy technicians may complete the PAI 2030 Self-Assessment Tool as a way of evaluating the needs of the health system from their viewpoint
- Participate on a state affiliate task force led by the designated PAI 2030 champion
- Join the PAI Connect Community to discuss and share personal experiences with PAI initiatives
- Serve on Advisory Groups associated with ASHP Sections and Forums that are working on PAI-related priorities
- Participate in ASHP Midyear and Summer Meetings educational sessions related to advances in practice
- Support ASHP and state advocacy priorities
Creating a plan of action to improve your practice
- PAI 2030 champion and team review compilation of action lists and assess feasibility and impact to create specific plans of action
- Hardwire as part of strategic planning to develop goals and objectives
- Identify PAI 2030 focused initiative(s) to center on as indicators of progress
