What is the Community Pharmacy Resource Center?
Community-based practice allows pharmacy leaders and clinicians to improve the health of patients within the communities they serve. ASHP supports pharmacists, student pharmacists, and pharmacy technicians who practice in outpatient community-based/ambulatory pharmacy settings in providing safe and effective patient care services including medication management, health and wellness, immunization, and disease state management.
This resource center aims to assist community pharmacy practitioners by offering clinical reference tools, patient and professional development resources, pharmacy forecasting reports, and administrative support relevant to pharmacy business and operational needs.
