    • Cocaine hydrochloride nasal solution, LXO Group, 4% (40 mg/mL), 4 mL bottle, NDC 70839-0362-04
    • Cocaine hydrochloride nasal solution, Omnivium Pharmaceuticals, 4% (40 mg/mL), 4 mL bottle, NDC 81665-0301-02

Reason for the Shortage

    • Genus Lifesciences divested cocaine 4% nasal solution to LXO Group. LXO Group is in the process of changing the NDC number.
    • Omnivium was not available to provide information regarding the status of their product.

Available Products

    • There is insufficient supply for usual ordering

Estimated Resupply Dates

    • Genus Lifesciences is shipping remaining inventory to wholesalers. Limited supply may be available at the wholesalers.
    • LXO Group is in the process of changing the NDC number for cocaine 4% nasal solution in 4 mL bottles. The company estimates product will be available in early-February 2024.
