Reason for the Shortage

- Akorn had chlorothiazide on allocation due to increased demand.
- American Regent did not provide a reason for the shortage.
- Fresenius Kabi has chlorothiazide injection available.
- Mylan discontinued chlorothiazide injection in May 2020.
- Sagent had chlorothiazide injection on shortage due to manufacturing delays.
- Sun Pharma did not provide a reason for the shortage.
