ASHP Foundation Leadership Programs

The ASHP Foundation is committed to promoting the development of effective pharmacy leaders at every stage of their careers through a number of leadership programs.

• Pharmacy Leadership Academy^®
  PLA is an online integrated program. All seven courses include challenging readings and activities that can be used to affect change in the participant's organization.
• Visiting Leaders Program
  The Visiting Leaders Program sends a distinguished health-system pharmacy leader to engage with residents and preceptors during a two-day visit as they explore emerging leadership topics.
• Pharmacy Leadership Scholars^TM
  The Pharmacy Leadership Scholars™ is a competitive grant program supports early-stage pharmacist research to fund meaningful research on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
• New Practitioner Pharmacist Leadership Development Grant
  This competitive grant program supports research projects focused on leadership competency development and conducted by new practitioner pharmacists.
