  PELA® – is an initiative from ASHP designed specifically for chief pharmacy officers and multi-hospital system pharmacy executive leaders.
• Pharmacists in C-Suites 
  PICS is an initiative to represent pharmacist executives with expanded roles beyond the pharmacy enterprise.
• Pharmacy Administration Leadership Residents’ Collaborative (PALRC ) 
  PALRC is designed to serve as a home within ASHP for unique offerings for the Health-System Pharmacy Administration and Leadership (HSPAL) resident community (including related programs such as community-based or specialty pharmacy administration and leadership).
