Join this three-part conversation with Dr. Blake Porter, Dr. Shareen El-Ibiary, and Dr. Gabriella Douglass – experienced pharmacy educators, well-being leaders, and recent participants in ASHP’s Well-Being Ambassador Program. The episode will discuss their journey exploring and implementing WBR principles, while leading the way for their learners and organizations. 

SPEAKERS

Gabriella DouglassGabriella Douglass, PharmD, BCACP, AAHIVP, TTS, ACUE, (she/her) is the residency program director for the PGY1 Community-Based and PGY2 Ambulatory Care pharmacy residency programs at ARcare. She received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Tennessee and completed a post-doctoral residency through Harding University College of Pharmacy and ARcare. Douglass has practiced in community and ambulatory care pharmacy settings for over fourteen years, working closely with an interdisciplinary team of clinicians to provide comprehensive medication management services. 

Andy KimAndy Kim, PharmD, BCCCP, (he/him) is a clinical pharmacy specialist in the Medical ICU at Denver Health Medical Center and has been the residency program director for the PGY2 Critical Care Pharmacy Residency Program since 2017. Originally from the Kansas City area, he completed his PharmD degree from the University of Minnesota College of Pharmacy. He completed his PGY1 pharmacy residency and PGY2 critical care pharmacy residency at Froedtert Hospital in Milwaukee, WI. He is a board-certified critical care pharmacist and is passionate about residency education. 

Amber R. DouglassAmber R. Douglass, PharmD, BCPS, BCPP, (she/her) is a Mental Health Clinical Pharmacist Practitioner at the VA Connecticut Healthcare System / VISN 1 Clinical Resource Hub. She provides virtual care for Veterans with various mental health and substance use disorders in the outpatient setting in the New England states. Dr. Douglass has experience in academia and precepting students from multiple schools of pharmacy and PGY1/2 residents from various sites.
